Custom-made items require additional attention and, therefore, may take at least 3 weeks to complete before shipping. We aim to provide accurate estimates and keep you updated on your order’s progress.

2. Shipping Methods and Times

Once your order is processed, we will ship it using reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item type. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, external factors may sometimes cause delays, and Swicy Designs is not liable for carrier delays.
